Lots of beach area, this section of Shuswap Lake has clean gravel beach sand is know to locals as "The Sunny North Shore". Cottage sleeps a maximum of 9 people. Celista is a vacation community located about 30 minutes off of the Trans - Canada Hwy., communities of Scotch Creek and Anglemont are nearby. Cottage is located approximately midway between Vancouver and Calgary and is the perfect spot for a group or family get together. Ideal for 6 Adults, or 2 small families. Fully furnished 5 bedroom, 2 floor cottage. 3 bedrooms have double beds, 4th bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds, 5th bedrooms is furnished with 2 single beds. Full bathroom facilities on
each floor. Very clean well kept cottage, with laminate flooring throughout. Full kitchen including dishwasher, eating facilities in and
out. Washer and dryer, all linen and bedding supplied. BBQ located on large deck on lake side of cottage.
The property has a very large level front yard with both shaded and sunny areas. The beach is only footsteps from the cottage. The beach is gravel with a gradual drop off. Marinas and boat rentals nearby. A common, long wooden dock provides moorage for your boat and personal watercraft.
The dock is to be used for loading and unloading of people. Please do not tie your boat to the dock for extended periods of time.
A boat buoy is available for the cottage which should be used at night and during the day when your boat isn't being used. No tents on the lawn please. No holiday trailers in the parking lot (there isn't enough room). There are camping facilities in either direction (east or west) along the Squilax-Anglemont Road.
There is a fire pit, fires are only allowed if a forestry fire ban is not in effect. Bring your own firewood.

All bookings Saturday 1pm to following Saturday 11am
$750 deposit required upon booking
$750 cancellation fee up to 45 days before arrival
after that there will be no refund unless another renter is found for the cancelled week
Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival
$750 refundable damage deposit required
$200 cleaning fee will be charged if cottage is left untidy
