Rates and Rental Terms
Up to 10 people occupants
Peak Season Rate - $3300 per week
Off Season Rate - June 1-30, Sept. 8-30 $2000 per week
$1,000 deposit required upon booking
Outstanding balance due 45 days prior arrival
Refundable damage deposit check of $500 required at time of final payment
Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will not be refunded
Unless another renter is found for the cancelled period
Then a cancellation fee may apply
A cleaning fee of $250 will apply if the cottage is left untidy
Payment accepted (cheque, bank draft, direct deposit)
Arrival Time Saturday 12pm
Departure following Saturday 11am
