Formerly Cougar Ridge B&B, we offer our self-contained upper level home boasting four bedrooms with Queen beds, two full baths, hot tub, a fully appointed kitchen, entertainment room and games room.
E.C. Manning Park is a focus of outdoor recreation that is unique in British Columbia. Located in the heart of the Cascade Mountains it is within a 2 1/2 hour drive from either the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) or the Okanagan. Seattle is four hours away. The park contains a large number of scenic, historic, flora and fauna attractions. It provides a wide range of both summer and winter recreational opportunities including kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, ATVing, sledding, downhill and cross country skiing.
We are a 10 minute drive to the Manning Park Nordic trails and 15 minutes to the alpine ski hill. We are a short walk to EC Manning Provincial Park hiking trails, the Similkameen River, East Gate Diner and Jenny`s country store.
RATES AND RENTAL TERMS
Peak Seasons: June 1 - September 15; December 15 - March 31
Rates: Peak Season Weekly Rate $1,500 (six night stay)
Peak Season Daily Rate $275 (minimum 3 night stay)
Non-Peak Season Weekly Rate $1,200
Non-Peak Season Daily Rate $225 (minimum 3 night stay)
All weekly bookings Sunday 4pm to following Saturday 11am
$350 deposit required upon booking
$350 cancellation fee
Balance due 45 days before arrival
No refunds 45 days before arrival unless another renter is found
$500 refundable damage deposit required
$250 cleaning fee will be charged if cottage is left untidy
