The master bedroom features an onsuite, patio doors open up to the deck. The second bedroom features a queen bed, the third bedroom has a double down, single up bunk bed. Sofa bed in livingroom. Shuswap Lake is at the bottom of the property, a short walk from the vacation home. There is a fire pit, campfires are only allowed if fire bans are not in effect. The owner resides in a private entrance suite on the property. The beach access is public, there is no dock or boat buoy. There is boat launch nearby. The cottage has parking for a boat trailer. Eagle Bay Grocery Store is located less than 1 km away, a good selection of food items and liquor can be purchased there. Boat rentals and golf are less than 15 minutes away.
