Lake offers year round recreation. Enjoy boating, skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, fishing, many mountain trails, roads for ATV/dirtbiking in the summer, hunting in the fall, snowmobiling in the winter. The lake is 8 km long and 1 km. wide. There is a public sandy beach/swimming area and slide for young kids, a swimming dock; boat launch and docks to tie your boat up.
The cabin is situated on a large, flat, landscaped lot backing onto a creek. Minutes from lake/beach area. Cabin can accommodate four people comfortably, maximum 6. Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, microwave, fridge, stove, coffee pot, chest freezer), separate eating area/sitting room with hideabed plus a living room with double futon, t.v., satellite t.v., VCR, stereo. Upper loft has double bed with room for an extra cot/pad.
Deck off the rear entrance, with BBQ, firepit, some wood provided - to be used economically, picnic table. Lots of room for parking boat/ATV trailers.
One pet permitted. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Renters must clean up after their pet and control at all times. Garbage must be taken with you when you leave – there is no garbage service. No smoking in the cabin.
Renters need to bring own bedding, towels, kitchen towels, food/kitchen staples/supplies, propane tank for BBQ
Cabin to be properly cleaned at end of stay. Vacuum, broom, mop, pail provided

RATE $500.00/week
Saturday 3:00 p.m. to following Saturday 12:00 noon
full payment required 30 days prior to commencement of rental period
Winter rates (November – April) will be subject to a heating surcharge
DEPOSIT: $250.00 must be received within 7
days of booking, otherwise the time will be made available to other
renters. Deposit will be cashed and used as:
1. Down payment to hold cabin for rental period.
2. Once rental period commences, deposit will be held as
a damage deposit until rental period has ended and the
cabin has been inspected for any damage incurred by the renters, their friends, family, pets and children during the rental period.
3.A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged if the cabin is left untidy.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: Cheque, money order, cashier’s cheque.
Minimum stay: Minimum stay is 7 days (i.e. Saturday to Saturday). Exceptions may apply – please inquire.

Check-Out: 12:00 noon Saturday
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of cancellation in writing given 30 days or more in advance of rental period, will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days will be subject to forfeiture of the $250.00 deposit.
DIRECTIONS:
From the town of Princeton (from Vancouver 3 ˝ hours), follow Hwy 5A to Merritt about 8 km, take a right turn down Summers Creek Road and it will take you directly to the Lake (approx. 29 km of maintained gravel road). More detailed directions can be provided after booking.
