Missezula Lake offers year round recreation that is only 3 hours from Abbotsford. In the summer time you can enjoy fishing, boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, ATV/dirt biking and in the winter you can enjoy snowmobiling, Ice fishing, skating and cross country skiing. The lake is 8 KM long and 1 KM wide and offers a sandy beach with a swim dock, volleyball net, fire pit, large grassy area, and public boat docks. There are many trails, forestry roads and acres of crown land to go and explore in the summer and winter.
Our cabin is approximately a 4-5 minute walk from the beach and has 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The cabin sleeps a maximum of 8 people and is suitable for family vacations. We have recently installed new carpet, ceramic floors with heating in the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and also the front and back doors. There is new paint throughout along with an upgraded bathroom with granite counter. The cabin has a beautiful large deck that is 30x15ft. It comes with outdoor speakers as well as having lots of seating with a newer patio set with umbrella and a sitting area. The large deck overlooks a private back yard that has a fire pit and horseshoe pitch.
The town of Princeton is approximately 45 minutes away and offers an 18 hole golf course and the Kettle Valley Railway where you can go cycling and hiking.

Policies:
No smoking inside the cabin
1 dog or cat – must be approved by owners
Quiet time is between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Guests are required to remove their garbage and recycling
There are no garbage bins in the Missezula lake community.
Garbage and recycling must be removed by guest or additional charges may be incurred.
$200 cleaning fee will be charged if cabin is left untidy.
$25.00 laundry charge if linens are left dirty.
Directions:
From Princeton, head North toward Merritt on Hwy 5A and then turn right onto Summers Creek Road (approximately 10 minutes from Princeton). Follow maintained Gravel from for approximately 30 km. More detailed instructions will be given at time of booking.
Rates:
Minimum booking is 5 nights in High season – June 18th through September 5th
Weekly rates are for 7 nights and do provide a discount
$1,100 per week or $175.00 per night
Off season rates are $900.00 per week or $150.00 per night with a minimum 3 night stay
Bookings are generally from Saturday 3:00 p.m. to the following Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
Discount will apply if you bring your own bedding/towels
Payment details:
$400.00 deposit required upon booking
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
$400.00 damage deposit required.
Owners accept Personnel Cheques, Money orders and cashier cheques
Cancellation Policy:
Balance non-refundable unless another renter is found for the week, then a 20% cancellation fee will apply
