Estaqualin Cabin is an ideal small family or couple retreat in the foothills between the Okanagan and the Thomson River. Custom built by a German carpenter, the cabin offers homeliness and serenity, the perfect place to 'get away' or explore nature. It is situated on 400 acres of private farmland and is further surrounded by unpopulated range land, forests, grassy glades, lakes and marshes. It sits at the foot of Martin Mountain with view of Estaqualin Mountain.
The interior is fully furnished and equipped. There is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and an upstairs loft with a double bed. The open living area includes the kitchen, living area and dinner table, in the centre of which is a woodstove to keep the place warm and cozy on cooler nights. The bathroom includes a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower, as well as towels. During the wintertime, the cabin is heated by a wood stove that also heats hot water. All required wood will be provided chopped and stacked near the door.
