It is self contained studio (no bedroom) and has a queen size bed. There is a dresser and a closet. The kitchen is large and has lots of cupboards and counter space. There is a stove, fridge, microwave, and dvd player. Laminate floors, tile in the bathroom. Shower, no tub. Lots of daylight, overlooking the back yard. The yard is fenced and suitable for a small pet. Gas barbeque is available. The perfect alternative to hotel, motel, or Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Available for weekly vacation rentals. 50 % deposit is required upon booking (Western Union, money order, cash)
Remaining balance is due by cheque 45 days before arrival

no refund less that 45 before arrival unless another renter is found
Cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if House is left unclean
