This well kept home is only three blocks from downtown Salmon Arm and withing walking distance of groceries, shopping malls, movie theatre, live performance theatre, coffee shops, restaurants and the marine park. Very convenient for those who arrive without a car, and want to enjoy the Salmon Arm area. There is room for two or three vehicles to park in the driveway.
The house is 2200 square feet, has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The home is fully furnished including kitchen, livingroom, and dining room. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has a queen bed. There is a double inflatable bed and two single mattresses which can be set up in several other spaces in the house. Plenty of room in the driveway for a motorhome and room in the backyard for a tent. The yard is fenced and suitable for pets. Gas barbeque is available in the backyard. The perfect alternative to hotel, motel, or Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Available for weekly vacation rentals.

Weekly rate $1000
$400 deposit is required upon booking (Western Union, money order, cash)
Remaining balance $600 due by cheque 45 days before arrival
$500 refundable damage deposit cheque required
$400 cancellation fee 45 days before arrival
no refund less that 45 before arrival unless another renter is found
Cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if House is left unclean
Arrival Saturday 3 pm, Departure following Saturday 11 am
