Enjoy sweeping views of Shuswap Lake, and surrounding mountains from the beach or sundeck. Boat moorage is available on a buoy right out front of the cottage. Launching available at Herald Creek Provincial Park located just down road. Salmon Arm, Sicamous, and Shuswap Lake Narrows all within 20 minute boat ride.

Cottage is situated on a 500 acre organic certified ranch. Other homes and RV area located on property.

Weekly Rate $2000
$400 + GST deposit is required upon booking.

$400 cancellation fee
No refunds 45 days before arrival unless another renter is found
Cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if cottage is left unclean

Kitchen: The kitchen has a medium fridge, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, glasses & cutlery , pots and pans, bakeware and kettle.
Bathroom: Four piece bathroom. Bathtub and a separate shower.
Video and Sound: One TV, VCR/DVD player, CD player and alarm clock.
Fireplace: There is one wood burning fireplace. There are wood logs supplied.
Other Amenities: laundry facilities, BBQ
Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Parking: 1 carport and 2 outside stalls.
Beach Description: The pebble and rock beach is gradual for a short distance, the water is crystal clear. There are good swimming conditions in (usually) warm water. There is a boat buoy and dock. The lake is only 100 feet from the front door!
Distance to Shopping and Dining: 35 minutes into the city of Salmon Arm, or 25 minutes to Sorrento.
Distance to Golf Course: The nearest golf course is in Sorrento about 1/2 hour drive from the house.
Maximum Occupants: 8 persons
