Deer and many species of birds are frequent visitors to the property. This cottage features 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 persons comfortably. Possible room for additional guests. There is a queen sized bed in one bedroom, and twin bunk beds in the other. The living room is equipped with a cozy hide-a-bed. Large dining room, living room and kitchen equipped with dishwasher. Laundry usage available upon request. All bed linen and towels are supplied. All you need to bring is food. Large fenced 1 acre yard is perfect for pets and children.

Directions:
If travelling from Alberta, turn right at the Tempo gas station approximately 20 minute west of Salmon Arm BC. If travelling from Vancouver turn left at the Tempo gas station approximately 10 minutes east of Sorrento. Follow along Shuswap Lake, approx. 18 kms to Ivy Road, turn right and follow to 5187 Ivy Road.
Booking Details:
Peak season rate - $950 per week
Low Season $150 per night
$190 Credit Card deposit is required upon booking
Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival
$190 cancellation fee up to 45 days before arrival
Cancellations within 45 day of arrival - no refund
Unless another renter is found for the cancelled week
$500 refundable damage deposit check required
Cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if cottage is left unclean
Arrive Saturday 3pm - Depart following Saturday 11am
