(shower only), kitchen, washer, dryer. The private 130 foot wide beach is located just 60 feet from the cottage directly across a narrow laneway. Enjoy the evenings star gazing beside a camp fire on the beach. There is a dock and boat buoys to moor your boat or water toys. Fisherman will be delighted with the kokanee, rainbow and lake trout to be caught right outfront of the cottage. Herald Creek Park and Margaret Falls are only 5 minutes away. Hike, bike or Quad right from the cottage up Bastion Mountain. Nature and wildlife right at the door step. The town of Salmon Arm is a 20 mintue drive away with plenty of things to see and do. Sicamous and the narrows are a 30 minute boat ride away. Room to pitch a tent, or park a small RV. The cottage is PET FRIENDLY, controlled pets are welcome. This family cottage is available to pre-qualified renters for only a few select weeks. Please contact us for availability and additional details. This Cottage is fully furnished. All cooking appliances and utensils are supplied. Gas barbecue, TV, and DVD player as well as bed linen and inside towels are supplied. Each floor features a bathroom. Laundry facilities on both floor. The beach is located just 60 feet across a narrow lane way from the cottage. A dock and boat buoy are supplied for guests to use. Plenty of parking.
