teather ball & volley ball at the lake plus more. The Missezula Lake community is at the south end of the Lake which is the largest lake in the southern Nicola region. Access to the community is from the town of Princeton about 45 minutes away on paved and well maintained gravel roads.

Rates And Rental Terms
$675 per week, $300 deposit required
3 day weekend - $300

Outstanding balance due 45 days prior arrival
$300 Refundable damage deposit check required at time of final payment
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded
Unless another renter is found for the cancelled period
A cleaning fee of $35 per hour will apply if the cottage is left untidy
